Toronto Dentist Michael Paltsev
Dr. Paltsev has been practicing at the The Little Green Building since 1998. His areas of interest are restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, dentistry for children, implant and cosmetic dentistry. In simple terms, he likes all aspects of the art and science of the modern dentistry. From gum care and oral hygiene to fillings and root canals, from crowns and bridges to cosmetic porcelain veneers, he takes pride in creating beautiful and healthy smiles using skillful and gentle techniques, for the comfort of his patients. His greatest reward is when patients are happy with the improvement in their appearance, health and function.
As science and technology change, Dr. Paltsev constantly upgrades his knowledge and skills by taking continuous education courses, participating in seminars, conventions and various study groups.
Dr. Paltsev gives back to the community by working as a volunteer dentist at West End Oral Health Clinic in Parkdale Community Health Center and Health Mission Outreach program, participating in it’s free clinics for people in need of urgent dental care.
Dr. Paltsev speaks five languages, likes music, sports, yoga, and maintains a healthy life-style.

Thank you for viewing my website. If you decide to come to my office, I will take time to get to know you and your dental needs and expectations. I really like what I do and care about my patients’ dental and general well being. After having learned about your dental situation, I will give you my recommendations. They will be effective and conservative. In other words, I will tell you how to get the best results with the least amount of dental work.
I have been blessed with great patients who continue to come for many years. I am grateful to them for their trust and opportunity to treat them and their families. Thank you!

I came in for a second opinion and Dr. Paltsev was thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail during my exam. He has great bedside manners. I am a PwD and I am grateful that him and his team are so wonderful and patient with me.
The team is very friendly and greets you by your name when you come in. Even Dr Paltsev, himself! At other clinics, you don't see the dentist until you are at the chair after an x-ray. I have dental anxiety but I feel comfortable in this clinic.
What also stands out for me, and is important in my review, is that The Little Green Building follows closely with the Ontario Dental Fee Guide. The prices are fair. They also do direct billing. Dr. Paltsev even does extras without charge because he cares about your teeth! I have referred my family and friends to this clinic. I am happy that I found a dental place that I feel confident in their work and this helps minimizes my dental anxiety.
